When is your next available?

Tomorrow, probably. We currently have no waitlist. Once clients complete our online intake forms, they’re eligible for the next available session – usually within 1-5 days.

This person needs to see someone right now – can you help?

Unfortunately we don’t receive public funding as a crisis service. We do provide a list of crisis hotlines and a comprehensive list of free online resources that anyone can access for self-directed help while they wait for their next session.

What’s the mailing address for the MHTP?

When writing MHTP referrals, please follow our guide, and the RACGP example. You can address them to:

Is it only people who are really sick or suicidal can come see you?

Is phone or video teleconferencing actually effective?

Yes. Video and phone sessions are just as effective as face-to-face for the services we offer. Our approaches are evidence-based, data driven, and aligned with AHPRA and PsyBA trusted standards.
All sessions are completely confidential and conducted by secure video conferencing. Private information is safeguarded with encryption, and all credit card, personal information, and MHTP are stored securely with Halaxy software.

Do you help GPs and GP clinic staff?

Yes. We offer: EAP services to small business, executive and entrepreneur coaching, critical incident and debriefing services, HR consulting, and Peer Supervision / Peer Consultation services for Allied Health.

Do you do assessments?

It’s still best practice to offer most assessments in a face-to-face format. We will notify you when that changes. We currently do not offer neurodivergent assessments (Autism or ADHD), forensic assessments (including psychosis), or family court assessments.
